A Wedding at The Bothy, Glasgow

The Bothy, Glasgow // June 2022

Scott & Aga planned a wee wedding with their closest friends and family. The chose The Bothy, which is a gorgeous restaurant with dynamite food in the West End of Glasgow. On Mondays they have space to do a full day wedding using the whole restaurant and outdoor courtyard and thats exactly what they done. Luckily the sun was shining. I joined Aga as she got ready at a nearby hotel.

Aga was having the best morning getting ready with her birdesmaids, drinking champagne and just excited for the day. I then left and met the boys at The Bothy.

Aga was greeted by her Mum who would be walking her down the aisle. Scott was slightly nervous but I think all settled when he was his beautiful bride.

The had a gorgeous humanist ceremony where everyone laughed and enjoyed stories of how the happy couple met. The both looked elated as they walked up the aisle as husband and wife. We took everyone out in the sun for confetti.

As it was a lovely day we walked up to the Glasgow University Cloisters for photos. Its always amazing to take photos of this building.

We made a quick stop in Ashton Lane before heading back to The Bothy to socialise with guests.

The Bothy was set up beautifully and guests filtered in for some fantastic speeches and gorgeous food!

As dinner we popped outside for a few more photos in the back lane.

Finally we were ready for some dancing but first we cut the cake. It was such a good crowd, the dance floor was filled instantly and I left them to party the night away. Thank you so much for having me what a beautiful day at The Bothy!
