A Carlowrie Castle Wedding

Carlowrie Castle // July 2022

Carlowrie Castle is one of those venues that when you drive up the driveway it looks like you are in a fairytale. The castle is draped in vines which change to red in the autumn. It’s magical. I started off at Rachels house in Falkirk where she was getting ready with her bridesmaids and family.

I then drove to the Castle to meet Daniel and the boys.

Rachel pulled up in a beautiful vintage bridal car with the proud brother by her side to walk her down the aisle.

They had a lovely ceremony in the glasshouse - their two boys watched on and played at their parents tied the knot.

Guests gathered outside to throw confetti and group photos.

I then took Rachel & Daniel a walk round the grounds for photos.

The glasshouse was elegantly set up for dinner. As guests made their way in we managed to get some lovely family photos with the boys and some photos of the front of the castle.

The heavens opened up as guests made their way to the marquee for the cake cutting and dancing, luckily it didn’t bother anyone too much. As the dance floor filled I got my last few shots of the day and left them all to party the night away. Thanks so much for having me guys, it was a gorgeous Carlowrie Castle Wedding.
