A Venachar Lochside Wedding

Venchar Lochside Wedding Venue is the perfect blend of elegance and nature. Nestled on a tranquil loch, it enchants couples seeking a Scottish fairy-tale setting for their special day. Breathtaking views and lush greenery create an ethereal backdrop that leaves guests in awe. Today I joined Erin & David as they got ready at some lodges on the other side of the Loch with their friends and family.

I got the boys out on the beach before they jumping in the car and drove the short 10 minutes to the venue to do last minute checks and greet guests. Erin had a little more time to do some final touches before she travelled to the venue with her Mum & Dad.

The venue was gorgeously decorated in lush green foliage to match the boys kilts and girls olive satin dresses. We were lucky to have the ceremony outside as it was dry but cloudy…perfect Scottish weather I think. After the ceremony with stunning views across the loch we lined everyone up for a confetti photo and then family photos.

I took David and Erin down onto the beach, you don’t have to travel too far to get some epic shots here.

Upstairs the room was beautifully decorated for dinner with long trestle tables and greenery. We had some fantastic speeches and a preview of David’s pants!

Wouldn’t you know that after dinner the sun came out! So we got the sunnies on and cracked some champagne. I do love these group photos! And the loch in the background looks like its made of glass!

We cut the cake, headed into the first dance and then it was ceilidh time! So much fun everyone was just laughing. Thanks for having me guys, it was a beautiful Venachar Lochside Wedding.
